About

My name is Katherine and I work at home where I measure, press, cut and stitch the fabric.  The name Cotton Sense originated from a company my mother started in the 1970s making children’s cotton clothes.
I source fabric from local suppliers and further afield.  I cannot always repeat items if there is limited fabric available, which results in some items being one offs or part of a limited line.  Nearly all of the fabric is British made.
I am often asked to make special orders for people, whether it is a bridge cloth to match a colour scheme, baby bloomers for a child/grandchild or matching tablecloth and napkins.
